With dozens of satisfied local customers now receiving fast & reliable 1st class internet service, it is our intention to continue to reach out to difficult service areas that other providers are unwilling to get to! Sending signal strength over multiple mountain ridges and around thousands of trees in no easy feat. We plan on expanding the redundant network of fully capable relay sites!

During the massive “Snowmageddon” storm we faced in 2022/2023, the Sierra Network had service uptime over 97%. No other network can make such claim.
Other providers in the region are known for slow and/or expensive internet services. One provider was down for over a month during the storm which frustrated customers and stopped productivity here in town!

Impact of Competitor Business Models
Traditional cable broadband service is no longer being provided in this region. Adversely, with no other available options, customers have turned to mobile hotspot providers to fill the gap. Unfortunately, because of the topography, hotspot services are just not available in many areas of our town. They also slow down to a halt during storms or when reception is throttled by thousands of end users flooding Highway 80 every other weekend or during multiple busy holiday seasons in our region. This creates frustration with unwanted lag time and throttled download speeds. Have you ever paid excessive amounts of money for going over your data limit? That's not good!

The Sierra Mountain Network begins with our dedicated local Fiber Infrastructure. From this engineered network we can broadcast a private internet signal to you creating the fastest internet reception service in town. Point to Point antenna relay technology allows for a small antenna to be placed at your property that receives a direct signal from a Sierra Network antenna near-by. The wireless connection to your home or business is called an “end station point” and is connected to the main fiber line antenna and allows for fast, reliable service, via a fixed private wireless connection to you. No others can access this speed unless they are on our network. Receive no interruptions and NO DATA LIMITS!
